Climate change is already affecting communities, but those facing poverty, social isolation and environmental inequality often have the fewest resources to prepare for its consequences.
Voices for Change is a proposed Arkbound Foundation initiative that aims to empower disadvantaged and underrepresented communities to understand local climate risks, share their experiences and develop practical responses together.
Building on Arkbound’s established environmental publishing and climate adaptation work, the initiative will produce an accessible publication and online resources sharing local experiences, practical solutions and lessons that other communities can adopt.
Our aim is to strengthen community connections, amplify overlooked voices and help ensure that those most vulnerable to climate change have a meaningful role in shaping a more resilient future.
